What would life look like...

What if the things that bothered you didn’t bother you as

much or at all? What if the anxiety, sadness, and depression

 you feel could be lessened? What would your life be like?

 

Therapy can be a tool to help you reach such goals. Having

a person in your life that is not emotionally involved can offer you neutral feedback without bias. This is what makes the therapeutic relationship helpful and unique. I get to know

you and give you individualized treatment.

 •have not gotten further in your career? 

 •find it difficult to have relationships that are fulfilling? (Breakups, divorces)

Therapy is a safe and non-judgmental space to be yourself

and do what you feel is best for you. Our partnership and

time together is meant to help you live a better life by

reaching the goal(s) we discuss during our first session.

There is no wrong or right way to use therapy. There is no

topic that is “too big” or “too small” for us to talk about.

I am active in our time together by giving you feedback and being empathetic. I believe together we can help you to find ways
to release what you are holding onto inside. Every person is welcome and treated with honor as well as respect.

I practice from a place of compassion and integrity for all.
